Cold glue coating machine uses liquid glue: Liquid glue can be divided into solvent glue and water-based glue, and there are two ways of coating: scraping and roller coating. The volatile solvent glue is scraped and coated, and the glue box is easy to seal to prevent the coating glue from evaporating; Water based adhesives and solvent adhesives with low volatility are generally coated with rollers for ease of operation.
Hot glue wrapping machine uses solid glue: it is heated and melted in the hot glue box of the wrapping machine before use. Generally, the heating temperature of PUR wrapping glue is around 120 degrees, suitable for fabrics such as PVC film, wood skin, and decorative paper leather.
