The advantages of the hot glue wrapping machine are: environmentally friendly, the glue is well sealed when heated in the glue bucket, it will not evaporate to the outside, and the film covering speed is relatively fast, generally between 0~~50 meters/minute; The disadvantages are: high equipment price, high cost of glue and PVC film used in processing, large waste of machine when covering small materials (cover, pressure strip), difficult to control due to fast speed, easy deviation, short curing time of hot melt, and higher film covering efficiency than cold melt coating machine.
The difference between cold glue and hot glue wrapping machines
Cold glue refers to using environmentally friendly plant glue (potato starch glue, glutinous rice starch glue) to first glue on the wall, and then directly lay it on;
Hot glue refers to the backing glue on the back of the wall cloth, which does not require additional glue during construction. It can be directly applied to the wall using a steam iron.
Cold glue construction requires gluing, hanging cloth, scraping and trimming. Mature technology, easy to use, environmentally friendly plant glue (potato starch glue, glutinous rice starch glue), foam coating technology on the back of the wallpaper, glue does not affect breathability, and has a long service life;
Hot glue construction requires hanging cloth, ironing, and trimming. No need for glue, easy to carry (but requires processing tools such as steam irons), but it is not easy to construct the inner corners of the wall; High temperature or indoor temperature can affect the service life; The environmental friendliness of the adhesive composition and its impact on the breathability of the fabric are uncertain factors. High temperatures can easily cause the adhesive to melt, swell, and peel off.
