Hot melt adhesive coating machine
There are three main types of Xingmingda coating series products, namely PUR1300A hot melt adhesive coating machine, PUR600-Z5 integrated wall panel hot melt coating machine, and YR6-3300 mobile hot melt coating machine.
The Xingmingda PUR hot melt adhesive coating machine is equipped with three silicone large rollers, a belt conveyor belt (replaceable aluminum roller conveyor table), manually adjustable pole width, LCD touch control console, hydraulic lifting platform (optional), etc. This machine can wrap various materials with a thickness of 100-0.4mm, covering wide board materials with film, improving production efficiency and surface quality.
PUR600-Z5 integrated wall panel hot melt coating machine is specialized for surface coating of decorative lines, aluminum, plastic materials, etc. with PVC film and melamine paper. Using high standard adhesive coating, it can cover various angles, curved surfaces, grooves, curled edges, etc.
