4. Apply butter glue on the chain once a month;
5. and if transverse lines are found, they need to be cleaned;
6. while wiping roller is not allowed to rotate, the dust remove from bottom roller; and the drying channel bottom roller is cleaned;
7. Ceramic rollers must not be reversed during cleaning, and the scraper should not have a blade facing the rubber roller;
8. The operator should regularly maintain and refuel the equipment, calibrate the digital display of each roller, and inspect the heating system (once a week);
9. During work, special attention should be paid to safety. When the equipment is rotating, it is not allowed to touch each roller in the bonding and gluing areas to avoid safety accidents. Safety comes first and quality and quantity are guaranteed.
10. The operator must keep the equipment and ground in the flat area clean and tidy every day. No debris should be thrown around the ground, and it is forbidden to place things on the equipment.
